Storm debris pickup will be done for the entire month of February.
Please place limbs and debris along the roadside for pickup. The caliper of the debris is not restricted at this time. We ask that you do not block drainage ditches and culverts to avoid creating any stormwater issues. We will be having several crews going through the city on a daily basis picking up debris.
We will be having crews make several rounds of the city during the month in February before going back to our normal Chipper Service schedule.
If you do hire a private tree company to do work on your property, it is their responsibility to remove the debris from that job just like it would under normal conditions.
Door to door soliciting for tree work and cleanup services remains a problem in the area, so be careful on who you chose to do work on your property. These door-to-door types of solicitations are not allowed, so please report this kind of activity to Metro Nashville Police at 615-862-8600.
