Report of a Water Main Break in the area of Sherwood Drive. Metro Water Crews are on scene evaluating the situation. There is no information available at this time regarding any service interruptions or street closures.

Report of a Water Main Break on Lynnwood Blvd. Metro Water Services crews are on scene to assess the damage and repairs. It is unknown if there will be any service interruptions or road closures at this time.

Report of a confirmed Water Line Break in the Gardendale Drive Area. Crews are on scene to repair the break. Please plan ahead and use alternate routes if you are traveling through this area.

Crews will be back out today plowing and salting our city roads. Please use caution if you have to commute, the roads are very hazardous in some areas and the temps are just going to get colder the next few days.

There is a motor vehicle crash on Fredericksburg Dr & Tyne Blvd with a power pole/line down. Emergency crews are in route, so please use caution in this area or find an alternate route.

Due to the approaching weather, our Board of Commissioners and Planning Commission meetings have been canceled tonight. These meetings will be rescheduled to next Thursday Jan 25th at 5pm for the BOC meeting and 6pm for the PC meeting.

Crews are continuing to plow and salt the city roads throughout the afternoon to ensure your commutes are as safe as possible. They will also be out in the morning to lay additional salt where needed.
