  1. A title block (this identifies the property and should include the address, lot number, subdivision, owners name/ phone number, contractors name/ phone & fax number);

  2. A vicinity map no smaller than 4” x 4”;

  3. A boundary line survey;

  4. A north arrow, A scale;

  5. A legend as needed;

  6. The gross area of the lot in acreage and square feet,

  7. The zoning of the lot;

  8. The set backs required by: for Residential Section 401, for Accessory uses Section 403 of the Zoning Ordinance (show how far the proposed structure is from property lines);

  9. The location and size of all existing and proposed easements with a label explaining the purpose;

  10. The location of existing and proposed structures, sewers, water lines, underground electric, and storm drains on the lot;

  11. Identify all structures/ Infrastructure to be demolished or removed;

  12. Provide driveway grade (<20%), Culvert/ Headwalls (size and location);

  13. Provide retaining wall details (license engineer stamped) design by licensed engineer all walls greater than 4’;

  14. Show erosion and sediment control;

  15. Provide geotechnical report

  16. Provide figures on square footage of the building footprint, and square footage of each level with the total;

  17. Provide the building height (max.35’);

  18. Homeowner’s association letter of approval where applicable;

  19. SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PLANS.
