explaining the purpose;

location of existing and proposed structures, sewers, water lines, underground
electric, and storm drains on the lot;

Identify all structures/ Infrastructure to be demolished or removed;

Provide driveway grade (<20%), Culvert/ Headwalls (size and location);

Provide retaining wall details (license engineer stamped) design by licensed
engineer all walls greater than 4’;

Show
erosion and sediment control;

Provide geotechnical report

Provide figures on square footage of the building footprint, and square
footage of each level with the total;
